A Bit About Us
TW Paralegal was established to make legal support more accessible, practical, and affordable. We recognised how challenging it can be for individuals to navigate the legal system without clear guidance or support, and that experience shaped our mission: to provide reliable legal assistance that people can truly access.
We offer a wide range of paralegal services, including legal drafting, court bundles, correspondence, and practical case preparation. We support clients throughout the document preparation process, assisting them up to the point their matter progresses to court, ensuring papers are organised and ready.
We also support solicitors’ firms and barristers, where appropriate, by providing drafting and administrative assistance as part of broader legal proceedings.
We believe language should never be a barrier to justice. That is why we offer translation services and work with clients in multiple languages, including Arabic, French, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. We also provide McKenzie Friend support, where permitted.
We understand that legal matters do not always fit neatly within standard office hours. For that reason, our services are appointment-based, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and can be provided in person or remotely, depending on the client’s needs.
Our focus is straightforward: clear support, fair access, and standing alongside our clients as they navigate the legal process.
